Physical description: Sven's decently tall (5'11) and rather thin for the most part. He's not exactly a brawny, muscular guy. He had green hair and a small beard. Sven has two different colored eyes: one orange, one green. The green eye is typically covered with an eye patch. Sven is usually wearing a white suit and tie as well as a white hat. You'll also usually see him carrying around an attache case.
Abilities: Sven's right eyes is called the "Glaspar Eye." It allows him to see everything in slow motion. He usually keeps it covered because it drains his strength a little bit. He's also talented at creating rather interesting weapons like the attache case.
[Personality]
Sven lives his life based on the idea of his gentleman’s code. He’s always kind and polite to women and children, doing everything he can for them. Typically Sven is calm and collected, always thinking things through before acting even when he’s in a fight (though the chance to earn some heavy cash can cloud his vision a bit). Sven will totally lose his cool around people who are particularly carefree and air headed, like Train, sometimes. He cares deeply for his friends, but he also knows how to trust them not to need his help. He’s not one to give up in a fight, however. Even if he’s seriously injured (which happens quite a bit), Sven will force himself to stand up again until he’s completely annihilated.
[Biography]
Before Sven became a sweeper, he worked for the International Bureau of Investigation as a detective/cop with his partner, Lloyd. Lloyd is a clairvoyant. Unfortunately, Sven messed up a bit on one of their jobs and ended up getting caught by the criminals he and Lloyd had been pursuing. He's beaten, blinded in one eye, and held prisoner. Lloyd saw all of this happen before hand and registers himself as an eye donor. He then goes to rescue Sven knowing it will result in his death. Events turn out just as Lloyd predicted. He ends up dying while Sven survives and receives Lloyd's eye to replace his own.
Since Sven now has Lloyd's eye, he's able to see the future as well. However, he keeps the eye under an eye patch most of the time because it greatly drains his strength. Some time after he leaves the IBI and becomes a sweeper (bounty hunter), Sven meets Train. The two hit it off really well and become partners. Sven creates some of his own weapons as well as different bullets for Train to use.However, they don't make very much money and Train eats away all of the money they do have.
During one of their bounty missions Train and Sven meet Eve, Torneo's bio weapon. Sven treats her to ice cream when she ran away (and before he knew who she was). Sven decides that they need to rescue Eve and let her decide how she wants to live her life. Sven and Train manage to convince her that she doesn't need to be a killer. After they defeat Torneo and destroy his research facility Eve comes with the two. She pretty much views Sven as a father.
Sven, Train, and Eve soon get involved with Creed, Train's previous partner, and the Apostles of the Stars, who are all able to use Tao which creates crazy abilites. Creed is planning on creating an army, the Apostles of the Stars, to destroy Chronos (the organization that Train used to be a part of which currently runs most of the world underground) and create a better world. While attempting to be useful to Train, Sven realizes that he's not strong enough. He decides that he needs to be able to use the vision eye for longer periods of time. Sven begins to train the eye constantly by shooting cannonballs at himself. He manages to upgrade the vision eye into the glaspar eye. The glaspar eye allows him to see everything in slow motion.
[Relationships]
Train: His partner as a sweeper. He's been with Train for a decent amount of time and they've been through a lot together. Train irritates him a bit, however, because he's always so carefree (and careless). Plus, Train eats way too much for the money they earn.
Eve: Eve is almost like Sven's daughter. He took her in after he and Train found out that she was a bioweapon being used to kill. He wanted her to be free to live her own life. She's pretty much become a partner.
Lloyd: His previous partner when he was a part of IBI. Lloyd is deceased, but Sven's seers eye belonged to Lloyd.
